How It All Started
Jake graduated culinary school from Lecole Culinaire in 2009 with an associates degree in culinary and hotel management. Since his graduation, he has worked for restaurants, hotels, and country clubs around the county. In St. Louis he has worked at Monarch, Pastaria, Annie Gunn's, the Chase Park Plaza, and the Saint Louis Country Club.
Jake started his personal chef work in West Palm Beach, Florida as the head chef of the Motor Yacht Bravado. While working on Bravado, Jacob became more of a personal chef, traveling with the owner and also being a personal chef for other clients.
While taking time off, he traveled around NYC studying his craft with different chefs, including NOBU. Jacob has also worked with many different events around the country, including Winter Wine Festivals in Naples with Enrique Olvera and others.
