My inspiration to start Flavors to Savor with Jake comes from my love of cooking.  It gives me the opportunity to connect with guests while making amazing food. I'm a strong believer in sourcing products through our local farming community because they offer the best quality, and I admire their hard work.

Culinary philosophy

My culinary philosophy involves staying current with modern cuisine, drawing inspiration from various styles like Italian, French, and Asian. While I enjoy modern twists, I also appreciate classic dishes like French onion soup or beef Bourguignon. I'm a total from-scratch chef, and that pride in creating dishes from the ground up truly shines through in my catering for clients.

Aspirations

My aspiration for Flavors to Savor with Jake is to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience every time I cook for my clients. I want to cultivate an atmosphere of love and appreciation where people can enjoy great times with friends and family, no matter where they are. I aim to give back to the St. Louis community and support local farms by providing the best culinary experiences.
